Our client is a Telstra Enterprise Partner and a specialist in converged communications, Professional IT Services, Managed IT services, Cloud solutions and Enterprise mobility.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Director, you will be leading the Pre-sales function and providing guidance/mentoring others in the team.
You will work closely with Enterprise client and make them aware of our client’s services and create and deploy IT solutions as per the end client’s requirements.
Responsibilities
Understand and articulate our client’s market position, vision and strategy
Understand and articulate our client’s Managed Services and Project Services offerings
Understand and leverage our client’s Consulting and Assessment services to develop roadmaps and solutions for our customers
Act as a leader for solutions and services to our customers – HCI, MSP, MSSP
Develop, contribute and share best practices and intellectual property with your peers across multiple technology disciplines
Provide leadership and accountability with the Pre Sales Consultants and Account Managers when creating proposals and responses for the customers
Provide thought leadership to the customers that will assist them in their business challenges as early as possible in the business decision cycle
Work closely with the project management and delivery teams to ensure your solutions are delivered in the manner in which it was intended.
Lead, guide and mentor the PreSales team
Understand and drive tactical and strategic sales goals in order to achieve our client’s targets and key performance goals.
Experience: You MUST have:
Excellent communications skills

Ability to demonstrate how technology addresses business needs
Writing and Diagrammatical skills
Consulting skills
Strong technical background in deploying – Infrastructure (Private / Public / Hybrid Cloud, SAAS, Storage, Applications)
