You will play a crucial role in panning and conducting sessions. You will work
closely with the training team, gaining valuable experience Marketing Strategy
building and campaign planning. This position offers a great opportunity to
develop your skills in marketing and campaigning while contributing to the
success of our organization.
What
will you do?
·Welcome and company introduction
·Deep dive into company's products/services, target audience, and brand
identity
·Introduction to Marketing Basics, digital marketing and various channels
incorporated by the organisation.
·Understanding basic of Webinar campaign and the “Journey from Grad to
XX” webinar sessions
·Identifying “Grad to XX” webinar session objectives and target audience
·Strategy building and documentation
·Crafting campaign content
·Preparing questionnaire for the webinar sessions- One each for every
role
·Identifying professionals to approach for the session
·Start approaching identified professionals and finalize dates for
webinar
·Record webinar sessions with professionals according to plan
·At least 2 video sessions per week
·Conclude the campaign
·Present the findings and outcome to the management
Skill
/ Experience Requirements:
·Student
of MBA (Marketing), with a good understanding of Marketing basics
·Excellent
communication skills and conversation starter
·Self-Confident
(required to approach higher management professionals)
·Quick
learner and should have the passion for upskilling
·Leadership
qualities
Important
things to remember:
·It is a
remote working opportunity so the candidate must have a quite working space and
high-speed internet
·Candidate
will be using their own device to work
·It will
be an unpaid internship of 3 months
·The
candidate must have a good understanding of Marketing concepts
·Must have
very good communication skills and should be a conversation starter.
·The
intern will feature in the video sessions and will be interviewing the
professionals himself/ herself.
·The
intern will be responsible for identifying and approaching industry
professionals, however continuous support will be provided. Few leads will be
provided for a head start
·These
video sessions which will feature the intern, will be posted in organisation’s
LinkedIn page and YouTube.
·Selected
candidates need to sign an NDA and consent letter for use of these video
sessions across company social media handles.
