partners that caters to mid-market and state and local government clients
across VIC and WA. The business is an established business with over 20 years
history and partnerships.

businesses and highly values long term relationships with clients, staff and
vendors. Thus, loyalty and relationship driven values are very important for
the business.
The New Business Development requires adding new
logo to the managed services business. A mature environment is looking for an
established BDM with good network and proven performance history.
About the Role
We are looking for the right person for our team.
You will be mid-level experienced person with a very strong business and IT
acumen. You should be able to collaborate with the team and share feedbacks and
learning with the teams.
We are looking for someone who values relationship,
You will need to have the ability to build strong relationships and generate
leads through your activity and network. You will be mainly accountable for
capturing new clients in this role.
Role and Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities cloud services,
managed IT solutions, managed networks and managed mobility
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, peers,
vendors and partners
Generate sufficient activity and be Accountable for revenue growth
and exceeding target expectations
Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet or exceed
sales targets
Leverage the network to build strong sales pipeline and
opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and technical)
to develop and present tailored solutions to clients
Create proposals, pricing, quotes for customer requirements and sales
pitch for clients
Solve customer’s business problems and responsible to set and
manage client expectations
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively
Monitor and report on business development activities, sales
performance, and market opportunities
Strong work ethic and time management skills
Experience: You MUST have:
A couple of years proven track record of solution selling IT
infrastructure managed services, managed networks and managed mobility solutions
Experience and network with mid-market (companies with size 10 to
250 staff) and state and local governments
Proven track record of exceeding sales expectation and of 100%
accountability
Structured enough to put together a business plan to achieve the
target and disciplined enough to achieve the targets
Hands - on experience in technical IT infrastructure solution
selling
Ability to open new door and bring in new logos
Strong network in Perth or Melbourne region and within IT ecosystem
including vendors and referral partners such as Microsoft, Telstra,
DickerData, HP, etc
A true hunter who is capable to leverage network and generate revenue
with minimal leads/marketing support
Candidates with technical background and certifications on VMWare,
Microsoft, ITIL and Microsoft certifications who require minimal pre-sales
support shall be given preference but not mandatory as pre-sales support
is available
A mature sales individual with
strong collaborating, networking, people engagement and
relationship building skills
