About the role

You will be acting as the hands Engineer for a number of client. You will be working as a senior member in a team of nearly 8-10 field engineers and will help in making the client environment more robust and stable. As a senior member you will also provide guidance to other field engineers and communicate client environment risks and improvements to the service delivery manager or projects manager.

Strong client focus and excellent communication skills
Strong technical experience across a wide variety of technologies and ability to identify improvement opportunities in client environment
Enjoys standards, improvements and enhancements that help the client and others
Role and Responsibilities:
The role will require you to provide both remote and on-site client support
Work with a ticket based system, managing your own tasks and incidents (Autotask / ConnectWise);
Managing a portfolio of clients as an onsite technical resource
Experience with problem identification and remediation
Identify risks and improvements opportunities in client environment
Excellent customer engagement skills
Strong experience across a wide variety of technologies
MS Windows Server Administration
Exchange Server / Exchange Online / Office 365
SQL Server Administration
Hyper-V & VMWare Administration
Networking Skills (Routing / NAT / VLAN)
Troubleshooting skills across multiple technologies
Experience and Skills Requirements:
Atleast 6+ years MSP relevant experience
Eagerness to learn and grow
Experience with systems such as Autotask or ConnectWise, N-Able, ITGlue, Sharepoint
Own reliable vehicle (Vehicle Allowance / Reimbursements will be provided as per Vehicle and Travel Policies)
Strong experience with creating, documenting and implementing standardisation across client environments
Enjoys structuring the environments and improving the IT stability of the client IT infrastructure environment
Exceptional communication skills and outstanding customer service skills.
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange server, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Office365 / Microsoft 365, Azure
Certifications with ITIL (v3 or higher), Microsoft, Cisco, Comp TIA will be highly
