Job Description

Key Responsibility:

To grow and drive revenue for our Professional - Audio and Live sound system equipment including audio consoles, live sound consoles, related software through existing and/or new channel partners.

 Primary Role Responsibilities:

• Generate sales from new accounts within territory
• Work with Country Sales Manager to develop effective sales strategies and implement them to grow revenues
• Attending Trade shows & demonstrating and presenting company’s products where required
• Identify and develop new reseller channels in conjunction with Sales managers and Senior Accounts Manager
• Identify underperforming accounts and develop strategies to improve performance
• Execute marketing plans to meet sales targets
• Maintaining company database and provide the Marketing Manager with up-to-date contact details for each key customer
• Conduct and provide accurate in-depth feedback on relevant competitor activity within the territory to both marketing and sales and assist in the provision of appropriate marketing materials
• Ensure high level of customer service and ensure that the reseller meets customer care standards
• Provide detailed bi-monthly forecasts and reports
• Act in the company’s best interests at all times

Primary Role Requirements:   

• At least 5 years’ experience in selling consoles or other professional audio equipment 
•  A strong record of high-performance sales and good track record in meeting sales target
• Strong understanding of broadcast, post-production and/or live sound customer requirements
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
