About the role
This

be the crucial bridge between clients and the internal technical teams,

Must haves:
Proven experience in a role involving project
coordination and direct client interaction within a professional services
or IT environment.
Strong ability to translate client needs into technical

Working knowledge of key business technology platforms

Role and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
during project delivery phases.
Act as a client advocate, ensuring their needs and
expectations are clearly understood, managed, and met.
Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions to
document functional and technical specifications.
Coordinate project activities between clients,
solutions architects, and development teams to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align
with the agreed scope and timelines.
Facilitate regular client communication, including
progress updates and project meetings.
Translate complex business needs into clear technical
specifications for development teams.
Identify, communicate, and help mitigate potential
risks or issues early in the project lifecycle.
Support technical teams with client-facing activities,
including presentations and solution demonstrations.
Experience/Skills
2-4 years of experience in project coordination, client
services, or technical consulting.
Strong understanding of IT solutions, technology
concepts, and particularly cloud platforms.
Experience with system integrations and data migration
projects is highly advantageous.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously, utilising project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with
a talent for translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
A natural curiosity for technology combined with a
genuine interest in problem-solving and ensuring client success.
Demonstrated initiative, strong attention to detail,
and the ability to work independently while supporting team goals.
Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
with both clients and internal team members.
Qualification
While
formal qualifications are valued, your practical experience, technical
aptitude, and ambition are most important. Any tertiary education or industry
certifications in Information Technology or Project Management would be highly
regarded.
