Key Responsibility:
You will be providing support to MD and Internal sales team. Also you will be providing customer service and you will have the opportunity to learn from more senior and experienced team members. We are looking for proven sales methodology, together with your outstanding people and communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting MD and members in the sales team with sales activities such as working on proposals, PPTs, provisioning, follow ups and analysis using excel.
Supporting stakeholders and customers in customer queries via email, phone and face to face
Preparing and sending proposals to clients
Converting quotes into successful sales orders and provisioning orders
Billing analysis of Enterprise $ value billing using excel (Pivot tables, charts, vLookups, etc) and preparing client presentations
Tracking all activities through our online CRM and weekly reports
Working closely with the rest of the Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to actively close opportunities
Project coordinate major sales / projects implementation between sales, client and provisioning helpdesk
