About the role
We are looking for ambitious, always learning, process driven, client satisfaction oriented Senior Projects Engineer.

High level business understanding and how technical solution to the business problem mindset
Ability to uplift project delivery capability and processes
Role and Responsibilities:
The role will require you to scope and deliver project and uplift the standardization and efficiencies in project delivery.
Take ownership of technical delivery outcomes of projects (large or small)
Assist with scoping/designing technical outcomes aligning with clients’ commercial objectives
Identify and contribute to initiatives that will drive operational efficiencies in both Project/Service Desk departments
Drive a documentation culture
Provide L3 escalation support and technical guidance to Service Desk team
Experience and Skills Requirements:
Be customer focused and able to multitask and deal with customers of varying IT capability.
Have outstanding customer service skills.
Experience within a MSP scoping and delivering Projects
Experience taking escalations from service desk and mentoring service desk
Service ticketing systems experience (preferably Autotask)
Remote monitoring & management systems experience (preferably N-Able)
Documentation systems experience (preferably ITGlue, Sharepoint)
