About the Role - Responsibilities & Requirements
The official title of the role will be “Client Success” encompassing your accountability to ensure successful (not just placement) for our clients. You will be clients advocate working in Appetency Recruitment Services and Appetency Recruitment Services advocate for the client.

Role and Responsibilities:
We are a small team at this moment thus the role shall provide a wide exposure and you will be required to accept and overcome diverse challenges in this role.
Take accountability of your activities and result – ability to reverse engineer your targets to an annual plan in a Highly KPI driven environment
Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task/handle multiple roles
Good interviewing skills to “really assess” both cultural and technical skills of the candidates
The role’s responsibilities can be split across the following areas:
Recruitment
Source candidates, Qualify candidate, Conduct candidate profiling and manage team performance to manage team's timely team profiling
Motivated by excellence & desire to achieve – taking pride by helping someone get a job
Ability to exceed Weekly / Monthly KPIs
Prepare PD, conduct reference checks, coordinate / take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle for the candidates
HR Coordination
Operate from client location as internal HR
Carry out the required HR processes for the clients as per our offering
Prepare HR and employee documentation
Acting as an ambassador for the client’s business
Conducting candidate interviews and acting as the “Final decision taking authority” before presenting candidate to the client
Capturing and documenting client requirements & software product requirements
Assist with identifying gaps and collaborating with the technical/software development team to ensure clients process are automated as required
Client Success
Building exceptional long term relationships with the clients
Understanding and documenting client environment, culture, etc
Ability to understand bigger picture and identifying/recommending the right salary package and fit (with consultation with other members in the team)
Site visits to facilitate relationship building and well-being checks on placements
New Business Development – capture new clients
Continuous improvement
Help uplift customer experience
Help uplift company capability
Experience & Skills Requirement:
EXCEPTIONAL English & communication skills both oral and written
Drive to learn and perform
PROVEN relationship building and client engagement experience
Relevant HR qualification and interest in the field
Ideally should have 1-2 years internal HR experience or with a IT / Digital recruitment agency
Previous technical experience or good understanding of IT / Technical recruitment and sourcing
Ability to interview candidates in various technical role to assess right fit for the client
RPO experience shall be highly regarded
Technical certifications shall be highly regarded
Ideal candidate: Person with technical background / experience and with experience in HR / recruitment and hardworking individual who is looking to take the next step in his/her career
