Required Skills:
Windows server and workstation administration and upgrades
Office 365 administration and troubleshooting
Active Directory and Exchange Server administration
Anti-Virus management and Microsoft update deployment experience
Connectwise, IT Glue & Kaseya toolsets
ITIL Foundation certification
Microsoft and/or Cisco certifications would be superb
