• To ensure that the territory achieves its quarterly targets for revenue and margin.
• To build and maintain successful strategic relationships with the key decision makers in Australia Broadcast and high end Post companies
• To build and run a successful direct and indirect sales organisation.
• To maintain an effective reseller channel that is properly trained and motivated to meet sales targets.
• To maintain links with the Product Management team and familiarize with Broadcast and Post solutions.
• To maintain relationships at a high level with key customers and resellers.
• To identify technical enhancements and product opportunities and relay them to Product Marketing.
• To identify pricing information and competitive products and relay this to Product Marketing
• To provide leadership to an enthusiastic team of sales personnel and build a healthy pipeline.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ten years plus of senior Sales management experience of which 5 years as Country Manager in the Media Industry or solution selling to the Media Industry.
• Good track record in increasing sales revenue and profitability for Australasia & New Zealand.
• Team Leader who is able to manage and motivate a team of sales and support staff in achieving the company’s objectives.
• Process orientated decision maker.
• Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills.
• PC/Office literate in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to operate in an unstructured environment – self motivated and resourceful
• Positive thinker, confident, presentable, enthusiastic, resilient, self-starter, and team player
• Business Executor and able to provide accurate forecast on sales
• Familiar with Salesforce will be a plus.
• Willing to travel internationally
• Capability of building and maintaining good relationships with people, particularly with those of different cultures and backgrounds
