About our client

Our client is an iconic Australian food processing company that manufactures a national and export range of ice cream, table cream, yoghurt, sour cream, cottage cheese, and imitation cream under various brands.

About the role

You will be reporting to the IT Manager and working across end user support, infrastructure maintenance. You will be involved with supporting end-user, server infrastructure, and network across multiple sites including Derrimut and Colac. We are looking for someone will well rounded exposure.

Job tasks and responsibilities

You shall be operating as part of a small team thus we are looking for individuals with good skills, a self starter and a strong sense of ownership

• Oversee and maintain the enviornment and supporting environments, including tasks related to installation, upgrades and improvement. 
• Provide Microsoft account administration including setup, configuration, assignment of users and their corresponding services 
• L1 and L2 support
• Ticketing tools, ITIL framework, Triage, assign, escalate.
• Office 365
• Powershell and VB scripting
• Switching, Wireless Access points, subnetting
• Bios, pxe boot and image deployment using Desktop Central or equivalent (WDS, SCCM, Intune)
• Setting up new laptops and desktops, docking stations, monitors etc out of the box.
• Knowledge of windows 10/11 Pro, Domain joining, AD, DHCP etc.
• Setting up outlook, one drive, and multi-factor authentication on end-user devices.
• Setting up print queues.
• Transferring data from the old computers to a new one.
• Collecting old computers/equipment back
• Asset Management and update records
• Driving license and a reliable car
• work from Melbourne and Colac offices

 Experience & Qualification:

• Strong experience with end-user support preferably face-2-face support
• Good knowledge and exposure with maintaining server and network infrastructure
• Experience building and supporting Microsoft environment
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Office365, SharePoint, Azure, etc
• At-least 4+ years' experience supporting, maintain and deploying infrastructure
• Good all rounded experience across Systems, Cloud, Storage, Virtualisation, Backup, Network
• Excellent client service skills, communication skills and documentation skills
