Our client is a renowned and leading Managed Service Provide with wide variety of clients from Enterprise to SME space in various sectors such as government, private corporate.
Role:
You shall be reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. You shall assist in resolution of escalated incidences and service request.
You shall also apply analytical and action-oriented approach to achieve service incremental and continual improvements to the Service Delivery in your area of expertise.
The position also involves the following & requires following skills:
Assist with prompt resolutions of tickets
Resolution of escalated tickets and supporting clients over phone on on-site
Perform regular audits of client’s networks
Assist pre-sales initiative by providing technical validation of solutions
Visit client sites when required
Coaching juniors with technical issues, knowledge transfer, documentation, and inicident resolution
Understand organisation capability, technology stack and help develop overall organisational capability
Demonstrate high level of analytical and problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of networks, contact centre and unified communications
Proven ability to resolve tickets in a SLA driven environment
Experience
At least 3+ years of specialist experience in network, contact centre and unified communications
Experience within a Managed Services environment, supporting multiple Customers' network and server infrastructure
Extensive experience in complex networks and with mission critical applications
Experience in using an ERP system
Key Accountabilities
Own escalations and take responsibility for issue resolutions within the SLA
Be accountable for client satisfaction and accurate and timely resolution of issues
Be motivated to improve customer satisfaction
Possess high degree of initiative in prompt resolution of tickets

Resolution of incidents and service requests
Required Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in an IT or related discipline
Network related certifications
CISCO certifications
ITIL / Service Delivery related certifications
