Role:
Maintain system infrastructure and troubleshoot issues as required
Working at client sites on various duties
Manage and resolve escalated tickets
Building, deploying & implementing both on-premise and cloud solutions
Be well presented, a quick learner and show evidence of such
Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and an ability to build relationships with different levels of stakeholders
Strong desire and ability to learn and apply new knowledge and techniques
Required Skills and Experience:
VMware vSphere Experience
Experience in Windows Server ('08 - '19) (Intermediate level)
Backup & Data recovery knowledge (Intermediate level)
Mac enterprise experience (Intermediate level)
Intermediate understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN/Tunnelling, Routing, DNS, etc.)
