About Our Client

Our client is a reputable Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) delivering exceptional IT solutions to a diverse range of industries. About the Role

This full-time position involves providing Level 2 technical support to end-users and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The role requires a mix of remote and on-site assistance, along with collaboration on projects like system upgrades and new technology implementation.

Must-Haves:

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • A current driver’s license.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver remote and on-site technical support to end-users.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Document support activities and maintain detailed records.
  • Identify and implement improvements to IT support processes.
  • Participate in projects, including system upgrades and technology rollouts.

Skills and Experience

  • Solid understanding of operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
  • Proficiency in using remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+) are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with IT support tools and processes.
