Candidate shall work as Senior Technical Consultant working with Customers to identify functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.
In addition to implementation activities, candidate is expected to support practice development initiatives, customer presentations/ demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses and competitive differentiation
Responsibilities
Design/Implementation of medium to complex projects in BMC Atrium Orchestrator implementations
Performs highly complex/technical software programming for BMC Atrium Orchestrator
Requirements analysis/documentation for application level functionality tailoring/customizations
Support of the report and queries pre-configured in the application
Data management including directed cleanup and data changes
Programming and/or scripting languages experience using VB Script, JavaScript, PERL, and ASP
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of the following BMC Remedy modules- Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, Configuration Management, Auto Discovery, Service Request, Service Catalog, BMC Atrium Orchestrator
Produces technical solutions/architectures that are dependable, modifiable and scalable
Strong applied knowledge of layered architectures, databases, reporting tools, middleware, security, monitoring and high availability systems
Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor’s degree & a minimum 10 years of experience with listed Responsibilities and skill sets are required for this role.
