About the Role - Responsibilities & Requirements
The
official title of the role will be “Client Success” encompassing your
accountability to ensure successful for the clients. You will be involved in
capturing new clients and selling recruitment (predominantly permanent
recruitment – both retained and contingent) and HR services to the small to
medium size clients.
You will be
accountable to add new logo as client. You will be focusing on acquiring MSP,
software development, software product, and high growth IT and digital clients.
You will ensure to meet KPIs to capture new clients and active roles for the
delivery team. You will also work with the with the Service Delivery Manager to
ensure recruitment services for the client.

Responsibilities:
Predominantly prospect
and capture new clients (BD) and logo
Some focus on
managing (AM) existing clients across Recruitment portfolio
·Take accountability of activities, KPIs and result
·Ability to reverse engineer your targets to an annual plan and ensure to
meet KPIs
·Must have good
understanding of IT and Solution selling experience
·Strong time
management skills and the ability to multi-task/handle multiple roles
·New Business
Development
New
Business Development across – Predominantly
Recruitment, IT staffing, RPO, on-site staffing
Capture
new local SMB companies (size upto 300) that predominantly operate in IT
Managed services, software development, SaaS solutions, software
products, IT consulting companies
Achieving
a mix of monthly revenue and monthly recurring revenue targets
Build
plans for achieving the KPIs
·Network
oCapitalising on
your network and other prospecting techniques to capture new logos/clients
oEngage existing
network to acquire new clients and jobs
·Reverse marketing
oReverse marketing exceptional
candidates to existing clients and prospective companies
oEnsure closure of
certain jobs per month for the exceptional candidates
·Ability to
contribute to the growth strategy & product development of the business
·Working with
internal team for marketing promotions and providing ideas pertaining to sales /
marketing
·Help improve and
uplift the company’s sales capability, processes and overall efficiency
Experience
Requirement:
·EXCEPTIONAL English & communication skills
both oral and written
·PROVEN Business development and client
engagement experience - Proven track record showcasing numbers, relationship
building & extreme ownership
· Someone who takes pride in contributing
to the success of clients
·Wants to work in a small business and wanting
to help build the business
Must have Previous experience working with a recruitment agency and wanting to with a recruitment agency (not looking for an internal HR or recruitment focused role)
·Someone who loves sales & has demonstrable
past success of overachieving the KPIs
·Extensive network in Melbourne or Sydney market
preferably in the mid-market
·Experience in sales and new business development in IT recruitment,
managed print recruitment, IT Digital recruitment, IT managed services recruitment,
RPO recruitment
·Previous good high level understanding of technologies including IT
infrastructure, software development framework, design principles, data
methodologies, etc is highly regarded
