Our client is a leading Managed Services Provider and they are looking for experienced Application Developer to join their expanding team in Sydney.

About the role

We are looking for Mobile and Web developer (Xamarin, ASP.Net Core) who is not just a developer but a person with exposure to application architecture.

Role and Responsibilities:

Essential criteria

• ASP.NET MVC / .NET Core
• JavaScript / Typescript / JQuery
• Reactive frontend frameworks including React or Angular
• CSS frameworks including Bootstrap
• Microsoft Web API / REST Architecture
• SQL / Entity Framework
• Exposure to REST API and PowerShell

Preferred criteria

• Azure DevOps and Continuous Integration
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to SharePoint  

 Experience and Skills Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years’ experience with C# .NET application development and knowledge of the entire application stack
• Proven experience in an agile development environment
• Demonstrative experience writing clear, high-quality code
• Understanding of testing tools and practices
• Strong communication skills
• An understanding of secure coding practices
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative team both onsite and remotely in Agile / Scrum environment
• Well-developed trouble shooting skills and a high attention to detail to provide user support and training in line with change management processes
• Any Microsoft certifications would be a bonus.
• Mobile Applications - Not required but highly advantageous
• The right to work in Australia.
