Our Client was founded in 2002 in Sydney, Australia to provide niche services for enterprise customers in data and automation. They have evolved to be one of the key data players within the technology industry. Their flagship product MDO (Master Data Online) is an enterprise MDM platform that enables processes from creation of Master Data through the disposal of data.They  are experiencing rapid growth globally and seeking to expand their product portfolio, features, and capabilities.

About the role

As part of our growth strategy, our client is seeking an Associate Consultant who can work with the customer in a Product Support role. You will be responsible to resolve customer tickets and interact with business users.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Action and update tickets raised by customer.
• Coordinate with business users to understand the issues and resolve.
• Coordinate with business to understand new requirement.
• Monitor infrastructure related things to ensure systems are up and running.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

• Should have around 2 years of experience in customer engagement.
• Strong communication skills.
• Should have some coding experience.
• Must have JAVA and SQL experience.
• Have outstanding customer service skills
