About the role
The Project Officer – Systems Implementation collaborates with a range of internal stakeholders as well as system providers to ensure successful system implementation, including project strategy and planning, system documentation, processes, policy and procedure requirements and project monitoring, reporting and evaluation.
Experience Requirements
Reporting to the Project Manager – Systems Implementation, you will be responsible for:
Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in project implementation.
Well developed organisational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and attend to multiple tasks;
Business Analysis skills and experience;
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of risk management and quality improvement principles;
Sound analytical skills and systematic approach to problem solving;
Proficiency in Microsoft Software and other software applications;
Advanced systems administration skills;
Qualification:
Tertiary qualification in IT or related field
Advanced knowledge of MS Project
Project Management certifications shall be highly regarded
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT area
Previous experience of supporting multiple simultaneous large projects shall be highly regarded
On Offer:
Base salary + super + Salary Packaging
