Our client is a family run managed service provider. The company is a close net team of around 10 people that work together to solve client’s problems.
They are currently seeking Sales Assistant person to join their team of highly talented, trained and accredited professionals whose priority is to provide outstanding customer service. You will be working within a supportive team, have access to ongoing product training and seminars and work with a company who are serious about providing high quality IT services and support.

About the role & Must haves:
You need to be happy to pick up the phone and call existing customer (but it is not a cold calling or outbound sales roles atall). You will be dealing with all kind of customer and provide them support.
You must have:
Great verbal and written communication skills
Highly developed presentation skills and phone manner
Empathy and ability to listen to the customer
Accuracy and attention to detail
Primary Role Responsibilities:
Following Up on Quotes
Software and Hardware Licence renewals
Order Processing and renewals
Send predefined quotes to customers
Stock Control
Billing compliance to contracts for endpoints and users
Receive and fulfil orders
Processing orders to invoices.
Return Authorities for incorrect items supplied.
Following up with customer on the equipment or services that are being purchased
Follow up with clients to ensure their supplied equipment is fully functional after installation
Prepare accurate and timely reports
Maintain jovial relationships with clients
Requirements
Anywhere between 0-4 years’ experience in Sales support/Sales admin/Sales assistant/customer service/
