Job Description

• 2 years of Retention and Inside Sales experience.
• strong Relationship Building experience

Skill / Experience Requirements:      

• Minimum 2 years of Retention and Inside Sales experience, ideally with strong Relationship Building experience
• Experience in IT product/service sales preferred* *
• Knowledge of Social Media and Targeting options a distinct advantage *
• Energetic and positive attitude with a high level of personal integrity and a desire to win in the right way
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong rapport building, relationship and account management skills
• Proven track record of success in outbound calling, Relationship and sales experience within an Inside Sales environment
• Ability to work with numbers to perform various types of calculations in order to effect basic commercial transactions and forecast accurately
• Teamwork and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Personal computer literacy including MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM systems
• Strong business acumen with proven B2B experience ( emphasis on small businesses)
• A university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) preferred but not essential if equivalent related experience can be demonstrated
• Consultative and solution based selling skills and experience***
