Our client is a renounced and leading IT & Telco Company. They are among the largest fully Accredited Telstra Premium Dealers in Australia. Due to level of success and national expansion, they are in the process of growing their Professional Services ICT division, to up sell to existing clients and to acquire new business.

What will you do?

To be successful in this role you will need to

• Exceptional Customer communication skills (this is very important.)
• You will be involved in projects from scoping, pre-sales to end-to-end delivery
• Strong projects delivery experience

Skill / Experience Requirements:

•  Assisting Project Engineer and Project Manager in day to day Project delivery activities
• Ensuring all tasks relating to the project activities are in compliance 
• Prepare documents, reports and other communications as required
• Work with internal and external teams and assist the team members as required to meet operational deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to processes, timely communication and distribution of relevant documents and information and fulfillment of all completion activities
• Ensure internal and external stakeholders are provided with appropriate materials and data to achieve Completion and Invoicing/Payment activities
• Analyse and determine problem causes and contribute to developing solutions with respect to data and process to provide continuous improvement and optimisation
• Conduct and manage reporting for external clients as well as completing internal reporting requirements
• Willingness to learn and pick up new things quickly
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience with ConnectWise and LabTech
• Project management knowledge and experience
