Our Client is a well know Digital Company in Melbourne. They specialise in making robust digital
solutions / Web Design solutions for the clients.
What will you do?
You be managing the delivery of projects for multiple clients ensuring 100% client satisfaction and
ensuring on time, in budget delivery of the projects.
ï‚· Manage multiple project deliveries
ï‚· Ensure timely, within budget and on quality delivery to the clients
ï‚· Demonstrate the ability to be customer focused, solutions orientated and the ability to follow up on outstanding
things
ï‚· Ability to provide exceptional customer service over the phone (70%) or on premise (30%)
ï‚· Work with client in capturing new requirements and working with team to ensure the requirements are
implemented correctly
ï‚· Work on Web development technologies such CMS, Wordpress, Joomla, Business Catalyst, SQL
ï‚· Technical savvy so to understand web technologies and project delivery but does not have to technical guru
ï‚· Good understanding of Web projects delivery methodology
Skill / Experience Requirements:
ï‚· Must have At-least 4 years’ experience in managing digital projects
ï‚· Strong customer engagement skills with at-least 4+ years of experience
ï‚· Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects at the same time
ï‚· Must speak English clearly – Must have good written and verbal communication skills
ï‚· Must be able to work in a small team environment and manage team
ï‚· Experience of working on digital projects and technologies
ï‚· Experience of projects in Adobe Business Catalyst and/or Adobe Business Catalyst certifications will be preferred
ï‚· Experience working on project management tools such MS Project + certification preferred
