100% managed services focused and growing Managed Service Provider. When hiring

the team. The team will work closely and help gain more skills but we are
looking for someone for the MSP who is great with the customer and understand

business predominantly support small to medium size (10 to 200 size) professional
businesses through local team based in Australia and now New Zealand. The value
proposition for this amazing business is to advise what is the right solution
for the business. The company is planning to expand its NZ operations through
similar client acquisition.
About the role
We are looking for ambitious, always looking

You will be working with the team in
Australia. You will be supporting the NZ customers over the phone or travelling
to their offices for onsite support, projects or when you are required to
operate from client office as part of the managed services agreement. Thus, the
role will be hybrid i.e operating from home unless you are required to work
from client office.

·Strong technical experience across a
wide variety of technologies and ability to identify improvement opportunities
in client environment

Role and
Responsibilities:
The role will require you to provide both
remote and on-site client support
·Work with a tickets across Australia
and New Zealand clients, managing your own tasks and incidents (Autotask /
ConnectWise);
·Experience with problem identification
and remediation
·Excellent customer engagement skills
Ability to support on-premise
infrastructure, O365 administration and eagerness to learn more cloud
technologies
Strong experience across a wide variety
of technologies
Troubleshooting skills across multiple
technologies
Desktop Support & End user support
On-prem MS Windows Server
Administration / Exchange Server / SQL Server Administration
M365 - Office 365 / Microsoft 365 /
Intune / Team / SharePoint / OneDrive administration
On-prem AD / Azure AD / Entra ID
Hyper-V & VMWare Administration
Networking Skills (Routing / NAT /
VLAN)
·Identify risks and improvements
opportunities in client environment
·Managing a portfolio of clients as an
onsite technical resource
Experience and
Skills Requirements:
·New Zealand Citizen
·Exceptional communication skills and
outstanding customer service skills.
·Around 4 - 8 years MSP relevant
experience
·Eagerness to learn and grow
·Experience with Windows Server, Active
Directory, Exchange server, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Office365 / Microsoft 365, Azure
·Experience with MSP tools, systems and
processes such as Autotask or ConnectWise, N-Able, ITGlue, Sharepoint
·Strong experience with creating,
documenting and implementing standardisation across client environments
·Certifications with ITIL (v3 or
higher), Microsoft, Cisco, Comp TIA will be highly
·Own reliable vehicle (Vehicle
Allowance / Reimbursements will be provided)
