The role is mix of 50% Business Development & 50% Account Management for a small managed service provider that mainly caters to SMB client typically upto 50 seats.
Job Description (Not advertised yet) is as follows:
Strategic roles, part of the leadership team, where you will be working with the MD in deciding the direction of the organisation
Farm previously un-farmed clients and grow the business
Managing a portfolio of 20-30 small clients
Average spend per month by client will be roughly between $2-3K per month
Attend training & Meetups with other Account Managers in the industry
Prepare monthly reports and organise monthly meetings with the clients
Grow the business from existing clients & from online inquiries, no business development is required
