Job description

 Our client is looking for a detail-oriented, customer service focused Account Manager with media experience that will work hand in hand with the sales team. The Account Manager will be a crucial member of a growing team that will support sales in meeting its objectives and providing best in class customer service to clients, both internal and external.

Job Description 

To be successful in this landing this awesome role it is imperative that you have had proven media/media sales /client service experience and have a head for big ideas, and of course, have a love of video games and entertainment. Light travel may be required and the position will report to the Group Sales Manager.

 There are 2 SYDNEY based roles-

Account Manager                   – reporting to Sr Account Manager

Sr Account Manager               – reporting to Group Sales Manager

Role Description

Client Management & Campaigns Management

• Provide highest level of customer service to clients, both internal and external
• Maintain health sale pipeline &  provide accurate and timely reporting, and opportunity data in CRM system
• Work to manage custom programs with other departments, also key contact for client communication
• Work with existing and potential clients to determine their business needs and formulate an ad sales solution

• Be client facing point of contact to ensure smooth execution and delivery
• OWN the campaign and IO for Order Management System
• Work with the finance team on any new client approvals
• Work with Ad Operations team to ensure successful campaigns and enhanced customer experience
• Maintain client relationships by assisting Ad Operations with running weekly or ad hoc reports for campaigns & clients

Your Skills & Experience Requirements

• Account Manager - Minimum 3+ years media account management/sales in a publishing / digital environment / media broadcasting / live streaming
• Senior Account Manager - Minimum 5+ years media account management/sales in a publishing / digital environment / media broadcasting / live streaming
• Relevant media (live gaming & live streaming sales experience preferred) but Experience working across brands in the following industries: film, music, government, education, consumer electronics, streaming services, telco's will be considered
• Love for live gaming or video gaming or entertainment industry
• Australian Citizens / Resident apply only
