ACCOUNTABILITY: Support the sales process
Assist the sales team with winning new business by –
Participating in meetings with the client/prospect as directed/scheduled by department manager
Acting as the technical subject matter expert
Liaising with the cCIO re the prospects budget and providing preliminary estimates based on client
requirements
ACCOUNTABILITY: Solution design
Audit the client/prospect’s current set up to identify any risks and unforeseen issues
Liaise with client/prospect on their business objectives and convert this into a solution design
Ensure solution design is fit for purpose and accurately quoted
Engage with sales team to ensure client/prospect is happy with quote and if anything, else required from a
solution design perspective to facilitate the winning of the sale
As directed/scheduled, provide peer review of other solution designs produced by the Professional Services team.
Ensure that the Solution Design is market competitive (pricing, availability & technology stack)
Elicit relevant knowledge and contribute content to the knowledge management centre
Review defined versus actual process execution within own area
Review existing processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and risk
Implement and assess the success of new processes
Report outcomes/findings to CTO & Professional Services Manager
Microsoft 365 subject matter expert
QUALIFICATIONS, WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Essential Criteria Desirable Criteria
At least 5 years MSP experience working with various client
industries
