You will be involved with Projects and consult with client about everything in the business thus we are looking for that cultural fit Senior Consultant that the Co-founders would have after hours discussion with about the projects, clients, department or anything else.

Must haves for the role:

·         Scoping, pricing and delivering projects

·         High level business understanding and how technical solution to the business problem mindset

·         Ability to uplift project delivery capability and processes

Role and Responsibilities:

The role will require you to scope and deliver project and uplift the standardization and efficiencies in project delivery.

• Take ownership of technical delivery outcomes of projects (large or small)
• Assist with scoping/designing technical outcomes aligning with clients’ commercial objectives
• Identify and contribute to initiatives that will drive operational efficiencies in both Project/Service Desk departments
• Drive a documentation culture
• Provide L3 escalation support and technical guidance to Service Desk team

Experience and Skills Requirements:

·         Be customer focused and able to multitask and deal with customers of varying IT capability.

·         Have outstanding customer service skills.

• Experience within a MSP scoping and delivering Projects
• Experience taking escalations from service desk and mentoring service desk
• Service ticketing systems experience (preferably Autotask)
• Remote monitoring & management systems experience (preferably N-Able)
• Documentation systems experience (preferably ITGlue, Sharepoint)
• Project delivery experience across:
• Microsoft Public Cloud environments (Azure, Modern Workplace/M365, WVD)
• Infrastructure virtualisation technologies (HYPERV & Vmware)
• Infrastructure hardware (servers, storage, UPS)
• Microsoft Server operating systems (including AD, DHCP, DNS, RAS, RDSH, GPOs)
• Microsoft Remote Desktop Services environments
• Networking experience (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN connection troubleshooting, DNS, firewalls, NAT rules)
