Our client is a unique Managed Service Provide with high client satisfaction score. We are looking for individuals who can improve the client satisfaction score even more.
Role:
This role is responsible for technical alignment (identification and remediation) to reduce client incidents/tickets and the time spent doing them.
Technical client-facing field role.
Managing a portfolio of approximately 20 clients as an onsite technical resource (normally will visit one client per day).
Truly proactive and is closely aligned with ITIL Problem Management.
Identify risks and sales opportunities to feed them back into our delivery model.
You will be required to have your own reliable vehicle (Vehicle Allowance / Reimbursements will be provided as per Vehicle and Travel Policies).
Skills:
MS Windows Server Administration
Exchange Server / Exchange Online / Office 365
SQL Server Administration
Hyper-V & VMWare Administration
Networking Skills (Routing / NAT / VLAN)
Troubleshooting skills across multiple technologies
Desktop Support
Requirements:
Charismatic and well dressed.
Ability to genuinely connect with, understand, and help people.
Attention to detail and a pride in the quality of work.
A strong desire & motivation to grow and develop.
A good sense of humour.
ITIL knowledge or certification (desired).
Demonstrated academic ability in the IT industry (TAFE or Univ. Qualification)
Minimum 5 years experience in a Service Desk / Incident Management Role.
Experience with a ticketing system for job management (ours is ConnectWise).
Australian Permanent Resident.
Strong table tennis skills (not strictly essential, but nice to have!)
